Ingredients required
· 200 grams of Keema (minced Mutton)
· 1 1/2 cups of basmati rice
· Two tablespoons of oil
· 1teaspoon of garam masala (consists of cloves, cinnamon, and green elaichi)
· 8 to 10 peppercorns
· One teaspoon of cumin seeds
· Two teaspoons of chopped Garlic
· 1/2 cup of chopped onions
· 2 teaspoons of chopped green chillies
· One tablespoon of ginger paste
· One tablespoon of garlic paste
· One teaspoon of red chilli Powder
· One cup of chopped tomatoes
· 15 to 20 chopped mint leaves
· Two tablespoons of coriander leaves
· Salt as per your taste
· One teaspoon of Garam Masala Powder
Preparation methods
1. Initially you need take basmati rice, clean it and soak for at least 30 minutes before starting your preparation.
2. Now heat the oil pan, add pepper corns, cumin seeds, garam masala, chopped garlic, onion and green chilies, sauté it well.
3. Now add the mutton and cook it on high flame for a few minutes because it should become tender.
4. Now add the garlic paste, red chili powder, tomatoes, hot water, salt, soaked basmati rice and blend it well.
5. Then add garam masala powder, stir it well and allow the rice to cook well now cover the pan and cook on low flame for about 10 to 12 minutes.
6. Finally, before adding some mint leaves and coriander leaves for decoration now serve the keema pulav to your loved ones!!
