Ingredients:
· Boiled rice-one cup,
· Fish fillets-300 gram,
· Turmeric powder- half teaspoon,
· Chilli powder- 1 tsp,
· Salt- 1 tsp,
· Ginger paste- 1 tsp,
· Garlic paste- 1 tsp,
· Onion paste- half cup,
· Garam masala- ¼ tsp,
· Yoghurt- one cup, cream- ¼ cup,
· Coriander leaves,
· Chopped- 2 tbsp,
· Fried onions- ¼, oil to fry.
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the chilli powder, turmeric, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, half cup of yogurt and soak the fish in marinade for half an hour.
2. Now, heat the pan with oil and fry it till it turns brown and thoroughly cooked.
3. Take it from heat and mix it with the rest of the cream, yogurt, half of the fried onions and hara dhania.
4. Keep half the rice in a greased pan over a layer. Over this layer, place the fish mixture and cover it with the rest of the rice.
5. Now seal the pan and put it under low heat for twenty to thirty minutes. Serve now the hot garnished pulao with the rest of fried onions.
