Ramzan is one of the holy festivals for Muslims, when we are celebrating any festivals and function the major thing we expect is delicious varieties of food. Likewise for this ramzan, are you planning for any special dish? Here is an idea with me. Shahi chicken is spicy dish which will you best and favorite time while eating. The ingredients required and the preparation is direction are mentioned in the following lines they are,
Ingredients required
· One chicken bone less, cut into medium size
· Three onion chopped
· One tsp of turmeric powder
· One tsp of coriander seeds powder
· One tsp of red chilly powder
· One inch long piece of ginger chopped
· Eight minced Garlic
· One cup of curd, fresh & thick
· 1/2 tsp of garam masala
· Three tbsp of clarified butter (Ghee)
· Five almonds chopped
· Ten cashew nuts chopped
· Lemon juice as per your requirement
· Coriander Leaves as needed
Preparation direction
1. Initially you need to beat the curd along with the chicken pieces and salt and set it aside for hour duration.
2. Now heat the ghee or clarified butter and fry garlic, ginger, onion until you see the brown.
3. Then add chilly powder, coriander powder on it and reduce the flame to simmer mode for some time.
4. After minutes time you can add chicken and fry it for five minutes and add two cups hot water on it and blend well.
5. Now cover the chicken until you can see the chicken is tender and dry. Then it’s time to add garam masala and slat over it.
6. Finally mix the dried fruits and coriander leaves on the top; serve it hot!
