Daily I get confused about evening snacks and today too. By seeing bread pieces in my refrigerator induces me to prepare any innovate dish by using bread. It is nothing but chilli bread and it taste delightfully. It will be best for you because of its taste and easiness. The bread will be common in all homes moreover this dish will be very easy to do. So you can fill this evening with this delicious recipe.
Ingredients required
· Bread pieces-10 (cut it in square or rectangle size)
· Chopped Onion one or 11/2
· Chopped Tomato-1
· Green chilli -1
· Curry leaves 2-3
· Chille powder ½ tablespoon
· Garam masala powder ½ tablespoon
· Turmeric powder a pinch
· Salt as per your need
· Capsicum ½ cut it in square or rectangle
· Oil as per your need
· Tomato sauce
· One teaspoon of soya sauce
For side dish
· Curd one cup
· Chopped onion
· Salt as per need
· Chopped cucumber (not essential)
Preparation methods
Side dish
In a cup add chopped onion, cucumber, salt and then curd mix it well and keep it aside.
Main dish
1. Initially you need to heat the pan by pouring some amount of oil
2. After oil heated then add mustard seeds, when mustard get splitters then add chopped onion.
3. Fry it until color of onion changed, then add some tomatoes, capsicum, and green chille and curry leaves in addition to it.
4. After some time, now add salt as per you need, add the spice powders like turmeric powder, chille powder, garam masala powder.
5. At the end of preparation you need to add the tomato sauce and soya sauce over it. Then turn off the stove.
6. At the time of serving you need to mix the bread with the prepared mixture. If you served it in medium hot along with side dish then it will be a good recipe for this evening.
Note: You should not add more spiciness in the dish. It is better to use hard bread instead of soft bread. Once you are using hard bread then you need to deliver after some time.
If you fry the bread in oil then you can enjoy the crispness in the dish.
