Rajma is one of the famous north Indian dishes and many people like it. Rajma is nothing but red kidney bean which is very attractive to see. It is very simple to prepare and you can do it within short time duration. Here you can see about the preparation of Rajma. Ingredients required
· Two cups of red Kidney Bean
· Take one big onion
· One teaspoon of garam masala
· One pinch of turmeric powder
· 1/4 cup of oil
· Water of three quarts
· Take one inch ginger
· Tomatoes of three medium sized
· One teaspoon of salt
· Small bunch of coriander leaves
Direction of preparation
1. Initially you need to wash all the red kidney beans you are taken in preparation and boil it for two to three hours.
2. If you are using pressure cooker then half an hour is enough for cooking.
3. Interim time you can prepare masala by adding onion, ginger, garlic and tomato.
4. After it all become tender, then adds boiled Rajma and again cook it well until all become too soft.
5. Now serve the dish in host mode with coriander leaves!!
