Ingredients required
· One kg of Rice
· One kg of Mutton
· 10 grams of cardamom
· 10 grams of cinnamon
· 10 grams of cumminseed
· 10 grams of cloves
· 40 grams of ginger
· 20 grams of garlic
· 100 grams of green chillies
· 50 grams of fried onion
· Oen bunch of coriander leaves
· One bunch of pudina (mint leaves)
· Two Lemons
· 1/4 cup of Curd
· 1/4 kg of Ghee
Preparation methods
1. First thing is you needed to wash the mutton you have taken in a fine manner and you should not see any impurities in it.
2. Then grind the green chilies, garlic, ginger, fried onion, spices and mix this mixture on the meat.
3. By adding the curd in it and stuff thoroughly and keep it aside for half an hour.
4. Now take two liters of water n a vessel and switch on the stove.
5. When the water is meant to be boiling then add the rice in boiling water take out partially cooked rice and spread the mixture on it.
6. Again some more partially cooked rice on the top layer and finally spread the cooked rice on the top. Take one cup of boiled water and ¼ kg of ghee mix it well and sprinkle it over the cooked rice.
7. Now close the vessel and put it on the stove; cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you can take it out and serve hot with appropriate side dish!!
