Ingredients required
· Three cups of soaked urad dhal
· Two cup of sugar
· One tsp of cardamom
· Three tbsp of ghee
· Two tsp of saffron color
· Imarti nozzle or bottle
Preparation methods
1. Initially you need to make sugar syrup and it should satisfy the thread consistency which gives you best dish.
2. Then grind the urad dhal along with the water into thick batter and mix two tsp of saffron color in order to gain the color.
3. After adding it, now beat batter until the color evenly spread around in the batter which gives you ultimate color.
4. Then pour the colorful batter in imarti nozzle and tightly close it. Now heat the ghee or oil and place imarti in it.
5. Fry it in crisp manner and it should be cooked in both the sides where it should be crisped and tastier.
6. Now dip the imarti in sugar syrup for five minutes and drain it from syrup and serve it hot!!
