The Ingredients used in the Paneer Capsicum gravy is take 6 cashew nuts, finely chopped onion ¾ cup, Paneer or Indian cottage cheese ¾ cup make them cubes, Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon, take one cup of Bell pepper or Capsicum and make them cubes.
Preparation of Seasoning and Spice Powder:
To prepare spice powder take coriander powder 1 ½ teaspoon, Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon, Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon and Chilli powder 1 teaspoon. For seasoning take oil 1 ½ tablespoon and take jeera seeds or cumin seeds one teaspoon.

Steps to prepare Paneer capsicum gravy:
- First chop the onion, tomato and capsicum into bigger pieces and cut the Paneer into cubes. After that soak the cashew nuts for 15 minutes in hot water and then drain the cashew nut into fine paste by adding little amount of water.
- Heat the pan or kadai with oil and add up the jeera seeds after the seeds get splutter add up the finely chopped onion until it turns into brown color.
- To speed up the process add small amount of salt. Add ginger garlic paste to the onion and sauté them in the pan till the raw smell goes off so sauté it for few minutes.
- Then add up the tomato, chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder and coriander powder in the pan till the tomato get mush.
- Once the tomato get cooked add up the pieces of capsicum sauté them until it get cooked after that add Paneer cubes and sauté them for few minutes.
- Now mix the Paneer with the gravy and add the paste of cashew nut, sauté it for 4 minutes. At last add one cup of water to it and boil it well.
- Finally the flavor and Masala mix with Paneer and the gravy get ready. Thus it is one of the easy meals to cook from your home.
