Food is one of the basic factors for human and now we are eating different type of dishes. In addition to that people are preparing new variety dishes. Though new dishes are arrived, many people are looking for traditional dishes. The Briyani Badshahi is a traditional dish and it is a type of mughlai recipes which is spiciness, dry fruits and nuts. Here let’s see about Briyani Badshahi preparation and essential ingredients.
Essential ingredients
· Half kg of Mutton
· 250 grams of Rice parboiled
· 311/2 table spoon of Lemon Juice
· 10 blanched Badam (almonds)
· Half table spoon of Mint Leaves
· One cup of Butter
· One handful of Coriander Leave, chopped
· Half table spoon of Cumin Seed
· Two onion of large sliced
· Two Brown Cardamoms
· One table spoon of Oil
· Four pods Garlic
· Two Cloves
· 1" long piece of Ginger
· Half table spoon of Saffron
· Half table spoon of Green Chilly and chopped it
· Half table spoon of Red Chili Powder
· Half inch Cinnamon
· Half kg of Curd
· 125 grams of Milk
· Three cups of water
Preparation methods
1. First clean and soak the rice needed.
2. Then make deep fry the divided onions until it become golden dark hue.
3. Immerse saffron in the water.
4. Now pulverize the ginger, garlic, almonds and red chillies, and make a deep fry in butter.
5. Add the mixture into the mutton, add some more salt and blend it for five minutes.
6. Now additional water which helps to cook the meat and it become tender.
7. Boil required rice along with salt in another pot.
8. Dry all the water from the curd by putting it in a muslin cloth.
9. Add cloves, cumin seed, cardamoms, mint departs, coriander and chopped chillies in water removed curd.
10. Sprain saffron water & add prepared lemon juice in it.
11. Add all the above preparation to mutton.
12. Sprinkle half of simmered rice over the mutton & then spread a segment of deep-deep-fried onion and again add rice.
13. Now dispense milk add some butter & cover the vessel.
14. Seal edges of the pot through flour paste.
15. Locate can on the flame at least for an hour.
16. Serve it in hot manner along with curry lives!!
