Gobi manjurian is one of the simple dishes that can be prepared in home and it is very healthiest Indian recipes.
Ingredients required
· One big cauliflower
· Two tbsp of All purpose flour (Maida)
· Two cups of corn flour (corn starch)
· 2 tbsp of Chilli powder
· One tsp of pepper powder
· Salt as per your taste
· Water as per your requirement
· One sliced onion
· 3 to 4 finely chopped garlic cloves
· One inch of finely chopped ginger
· Colored peppers as your need
· 1 or 2 Green chillies
· Four tbsp of Tomato sauce
· 1 tbsp of chili sauce
· Three tsp of soy sauce
· Two tbsp of oil
Preparation methods
1. Separate the florets and place in quandary for five minutes.
2. Mix all the opposite ingredients from batch-1
3. Dip the florets and deep fry in oil and drain excess oil on the towel.
4. Take a non stick pan. Pour a pair of tbsp oil and saute the onions, garlic and ginger
5. Add the coloured pepper and saute for two minutes .
6. Add the spaghetti sauce, chili pepper sauce and condiment and blend a bit.
7. Finally add the cooked cauliflower florets into the mixture.
8. Mix it and garnish with finely shredded inexperienced onions or cilatro.
9. Serve it with dish, pulav or chappathi.
Instruction
Rather than deep cookery the florets you'll fry on the non stick pan with enough oil. But the flowerets are crispier in deep fry.
To induce the chinese flavour add a pinch of ajinamoto to the gravy.
Add the cooked cauliflower simply before serving to take care of its crispness.
