Ingredients required
· Two cups of thick poha
· One tsp of Fennel seeds
· One medium sized chopped onion
· One medium sized chopped potatoes
· 1/2 cup of green peas
· 2 to 3 chopped chillies
· Chopped coriander to garnish
· Juice from ½ lemon
· One tsp of Turmeric powder
· One tsp of Red chili powder
· Salt as per your taste
· One tbsp of Oil
Preparation direction
1. The first steps is you need to wash the poha and soak it for half an hour and now lit the stove add some oil.
2. When the oil is heated then add some fennul seeds and green chillies over it and fry for some time and now it is time to add the onion and deep fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. When it become translucent then add potatoes, and green peas; cook it until it become tender, now add little amount of turmeric powder, salt and red chillie powder in it to get the spiciness.
4. Finally add the soaked poha into it and add the squeezed lemon juice in to it more over put the coriander leaves on its top for garnishing.
5. The poha is delivered with jelabi and it will be the best side dish and this combination will be your favorite once you tasted this dish.
6. It is very nutritional one and children will also like it very much and it will also act as tea time snack!!
