· Fresh Grated Coconut - 2 Cups
· Sugar - 2 Cups
· Cardamom - 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
· Cashewnuts - 1/2 tbsp (Chopped)

· Ghee - 3 tsp
Preparation methods
1. Initially you need to heat the ghee in a pan and deeply fry cashews and keep it aside and grease a tray with ghee and keep it aside.
2. Again in a pan add coconut, sugar and cook well in slow medium heat.
3. You need to stir until the sugar melts now the sugar will mix gently with coconut.
