Among the celebration, diwali is one of the festivals which are celebrated by the hindu’s all over the country. This is very special occasion and the children are also enjoying greater in this particular day. This festival is famous for sweets here you can learn about coconut ladoo, it is very simple to make as well as you can prepare it in home.
Required ingredients
· 1.5 cups of shrunken coconut (unsweetened)
· ⅔ Cup of organic raw cane sugar/ regular sugar
· ½ cup of water
· 3-4 cardamoms split and powdered in a mixer jar.
Instruction to prepare
1. Initially you need to mix the sugar in clean water and remove the impurities if anything.
2. Then boil the sugar solution, the solution started to thick where you need to check the consistency of the solution often.
3. If it reaches the thread consistency then switch off the flame and add the dried coconuts in it along with the cardamom powder.
4. Now blend the mixtures until it combine with each other and sweetness spreads in all the part.
5. When the heat is reducing then you can make balls in and keep it undisturbed for some time. You are not intended to allow the whole heat to be reduced, if it is cooled completely you will not get ladoo shape.
6. Now serve it immediately in hot state else you can eat after it is cooled.
7. If you need more sweetness then add some more sugar and in contrary!!
