Ingredients required
· 200grams of Shelled beans
· 1 tbsp Oil
· 1/2 tsp of Mustard seed
· 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
· 1/2 tsp of Salt
· 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
· 3 Red chilies
· 5no Small onion
· 2no Cloves garlic
· 2 tbsp of Coconut grating
Preparation methods
1. Initially you need to boil the bean with turmeric powder, salt and enough water to become tender.
2. Then grind all other items in to a coarse paste and keep it aside.
3. In pan, heat some oil and add mustard seeds. When it gets splutters add the grounded masala and fry it deeply.
4. Then add the boiled bean into it and stir fry for 5-8 minutes.
5. When you find the consistency is reached then switch off the flame and serve it hot!!
