Ingredients required
· kajali fish of 300 grams
· One tbsp of mustard oil
· Three tbsp of mustard powder
· ½ tsp of turmeric powder
· ½ tsp chilly powder (optional)
· Medium green chili - 4
· Salt as per your taste
· Curry leaves 4-5
Preparation direction
1. Initially you need to wash the fish and add some salt and turmeric powder on it and keep it aside.
2. Mean time you need to soak the mustard seeds and salt for 55 minutes then grind it along with 2 green chillies and make it as paste
3. In your microwave bowl you need to add the fish, mustard-chilly paste, mustard oil, rest salt, green chilles, chilly powder (if needed), curry leaves and mix well.
4. Microwave the content for 5 minutes or microwave it until the fish become soft.
5. Now server it hot along with the rice!!
