The kesari is a common recipe across the country probably we will use water to prepare kesari instead adding milk will extends the taste. It is trouble-free method where you can enjoy delicious sweet recipes. You can prepare this recipe with your home based ingredients and children will like it very much.
Ingredients required
· Semolina - 1/2 cup
· Milk - 2 cups (semi boiled & cooled)
· Sugar - 1/2 cup
· Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
· Ghee - 3 tbsp
· Cashews, Almonds and Raisins
· Food Color
Preparation methods
1. Initially you need to heat ghee in a pan and add cashews, raisins over it. Fry it until you get the smell. Keep it aside.
2. Then add some more ghee in the same pan and add Semolina and fry it until it becomes golden brown color.
3. You should be very much careful while frying the Semolina because it should not darken.
4. Now reduce the flame and add semi boiled milk into it. Cook it until it becomes thickens.
5. Now add food color stir it for some time and then append cardamom powder, almonds, raosted cashews and raisins on it.
6. Server it hot!!
