Sabudana is very essential for people who are undergoing fasting during festival time. By using sabudana cutlet can be made and it will be best replacement for ordinary cutlet. Since it is pure vegetarian we can prepare it during festival season. It is very simple and its preparation time is also very less. Let’s see how to prepare.
Ingredients required
· Sabudana - 1cup
· Potatoes - 400g
· Coriander - 2tbsp (finely chopped)
· Green chilies - 2tsp (finely chopped)
· Oil or ghee for shallow fry
Preparation Methods
1. Initially you need to soak sabudana for 30 minutes in water, then drain and keep it aside.
2. Now boil potatoes and mash it nicely; append sabudana, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
3. Mix well and shape it into balls. On the other hand heat the oil deeply for shallow frying.
4. Put the balls into heated oil and fry it until it becomes dark brown color.
5. Serve it hot with tomato sauce or lemon wedges!!
