Getting bored with regular chutney wishing to experience unique taste in chutney then you can do sweet mango chutney. It is very good and simple recipe that can be prepared within 10 minutes. You can serve this dish with rice, idly, dosa or even with chappatis. Instead of eating mangoes directly, you can differently do chutney with it.
Ingredients required
· Small ripe mangoes - 4
· Grated fresh coconut - 1 cup
· Tamarind - ½ inch
· Red kashmiri chillies - 2-3
· Garlic -2 flakes
· Salt as per your taste
· Jaggery to taste

· Initially you need to grind, red chillies, coconut, salt, jiggery, tamarind and garlic into smooth paste by adding little amount of water.
· Adjust taste of your chutney as you required and keep it away.
· Now peel the mangoes and finely chop it and add it with the rest chutney which you have prepared.
· Blend well until the mangoes completely append with the chutney and serve some time later.
· You can also preserve it in refrigerator and then you can serve.
