Pav bhaji, an amazing Indian chat which everyone likes and it is one of the healthy and easy recipes. The dish is famous in the country India and now it is spread across the world. It contains more nutrition and it will be best during the snack time. In every function, pav bhaji will take place and now it becomes traditional Indian food too. Ingredients required
· One large carrot that has to be cubed
· Take two potatoes and cubed
· One chopped capsicum
· One cup of chopped cauliflower florets
· 8 to10 french of beans, chopped it
· 1/4 cup of green peas
· Two finely chopped onions,
· Two green chillis, cut it in length wise
· One tsp of ginger-garlic paste
· 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
· 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
· 1 1/2 tbsp of Pav Bhaji Masala
· 3/4 tsp of sugar
· Salt as per your taste
· Two finely chopped tomatoes
· One tbsp of lemon juice
· One tbsp of low fat butter
· Bright coriander leaves for garnishing purpose
· 1 1/2 tbsp of oil
· 16 pav bread that has to be toasted lightly in butter
Preparation directions
1. Preparing the pav bhaji an Indian snack is very simple to prepare, initially you need to take the pressure cooker and put the potatoes, cauliflower, beans, carrot and peas along with water approximately one cup.
2. Wait until it become soft and tender then drain the water and keep it aside. Now mash all the vegetables using masher.
3. Heat the oil on a pan, add some green chillis & onion and fry deeply at least for four minutes, then add ginger garlic paste and fry it for another three minutes.
4. Add some capsicum and fry it for two minutes then you are intended to add chilli powder, pav bhaji, turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Mix all the mixture well then add some tomatoes and fry it for five to six minutes.
5. Then add mashed veggies together with the drained vegetable stock cook at high flame for one minute. Now reduce the flame and cook for it for 14 to 15 minutes.
6. At once the gravy become thicken then add some salt and turn off the stove, add some butter, lemon juice on it. Finally garnish it by means of fresh coriander leaves and serve it with onion and with tomato sauce!!
