Ingredients needed
· Two Aloo Tikki
· Two burger Buns
· One tablespoon of butter
· One to two tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
· Two lettuce leaves
· Two to three tablespoons of Mayonnaise

(i)Preparation of aloo tikki
1. Initially you need to boil the potatoes, and peas separately in a pressure cooker, now smash the potatoes in a right way keep it ready.
2. Now add the peas, four table spoon bread crumbs, grated ginger, corn flour powder, coriander leaves, green chillies, garam masala, lemon juice, salt and sugar.
3. Mix them in a best manner and make it as round balls. Now flattened the balls and coat it with bread crumbs.
4. Finally fry it in a frying pan and the appropriate consistency is, the tikki should be in brown color.
(ii)Preparation of burger
1. Take a burger bun and cut it in horizontal manner. Gently heat the bun in a pan with butter or ghee and keep it ready.
2. Now apply the tomato sauce in the bottom part of the burger bun and then place the lettuce leaf followed by the aloo tikki. If you need seasoning then you can add pepper and salt.
3. Spread one table spoon of mayonnaise on it and then place the onion and tomato slices on it as per your taste.
4. Finally place the cheese slice over it and then cover the top part of the burger bun. Now aloo tikki burger is ready and you can serve it with tomato sauce!!
