Generally we will eat pakora simple or with chutney but you will get different experience when you had pakora with yogurt. It is very simple recipe and you can server it for your kids. It will give you unique taste that you have never been tasted before. You can prepare it within few minutes. It is very healthy recipe too so you will find good in it.
Ingredients required
· Yogurt - 1 cup
· Gram Flour - 2 tsp
· Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
· Ghee - 1 tsp
· Ginger Juice - 1 tsp
· Curry Leaves - 5 to 6
· Salt as per your taste
· Sugar - 1 tsp
· Chana Dal - 1/2 cup
· Water - 2 cup
· Green Chillies - 3
· Ginger - 1/2 inch
· Methi Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Preparation methods
1. Initially you need to mix yogurt and gram flour and add some water. Blend them until it become smooth.
2. Again add ginger juice and blend well.
3. On the other hand heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilies and methi seeds. You need to wait until the seeds splutters.
4. Now you need to pour the yogurt mixture in the pan and allow it in medium heat atleast for 5 minutes.
5. Side by side you need to prepare pakora for which you need to soak channa dhal for 6 hours.
6. Then drain the water and grind it coarsely by adding green chillies, ginger and salt.
7. Make your desired shape with the grinded dough and deeply fry it in oil.
8. After preparing it you need to put the pakora in khadi which you have prepared already.
9. Now you can taste the yummy khadi pakora!!
