Potatoes are the major ingredients used in northern part of the country India. We are blindly attached to this aloo. So for this navarathri we can prepare one special dish by using potatoes and paneer.
Ingredients required
· Potatoes - 4
· Paneer - 225 gms
· Rock salt - ½ tsp
· Chilli powder - ½ tsp
· Tomato puree - 2 tsp
· Ground cumin - ½ tsp
· Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
· Ground coriander - ½ tsp
· Oil - 1 tsp
· Curry leaves – 3
Preparation Methods
1. Initially you need to pre heat the oven for about 180°C, on the other hand cut each potato exactly in the middle and make a hole.
2. Now wrap it into the foil and bake it for at least one hour. (It should become soft).
3. The stuff the panner pieces into the dish and keep it undisturbed for some time.
4. Heat some oil in saucepan, add curry leaves and mustard seeds into it.
5. When the mustard seeds splutter then add tomato puree, grounded coriander, grounded cumin seeds, salt, pepper powder and chilli powder respectively.
6. Make the flame in medium low mode and cook it for 2 minutes. You will get thick sauce.
7. Add the thick sauce on stuffed paneer and blend everything.
8. After some time un wrap the foil and serve it hot after garnishing with coriander leaves and mint!
